[thelist] targeting an iframe with a form

Ok here is my problem!

i create a window from scratch in javascript
fill it up with a form!

no problem there!

how do i get the window to submit the form to my iframe and not to itself!
i then want to close the window that contains the form!

fun hey ! i can write a dom app but can't seem to do this simple thing! lol

any quick tips here!
