in fact southwest has a television commercial which i saw only yesterday
(ah, the joys of getting foreign signals on cable)

the message was something like "southwest flights aren't listed on
travelocity, expedia, or [a third one], so you don't have to go there [i.e.
visit those sites]"

a not-so-subtle dig, i suppose, at those sites, or at least the user
experience one is likely to have there
