I just looked and I know at one time they did mention a fee, but I don't see
that request now.

Anyway, when I was trying Homesite and HKit, I found HKit much easier to use,
faster, lighter -- loved the project management section, it was far easier to
ftp through HKit than it was to set up the Homesite servers and so forth.
