Any suggestions re remote hosting for the phpBB?  I need to set it up and
administer it for a client, but their current host doesn't support it.  I
would appreciate a recommendation or two; we're talking paid hosting
fortunately, it doesn't have to be free...

I am aware of dk3.com and webd247.com; both offer a reasonably priced forum
hosting plan.
