Put simply, If they're using cable or dsl, then it's most
likely the same person because the Ips change only
every month or couple of months (mine hasn't changed for
about 6 months now). On dialup connections, the IPs are
given as they become available and once you log off
the next person to dial-in will most likely get the same
IP address. That is why you should also check the times
of the two posts. If they are made within minutes of each
other then it's likely it's the same person who made them
during the same dialin session. If they are far apart, then
it's very likely he logged out and someone else got the same
IP hours later and made that entry.
