[thelist] [IE] slow to render xhtml strict page, Opera giving top border

Can't help you with an Opera problem, and I guess you're not worried about
IE anymore, but I did notice one minor difference between Moz & IE. In IE on
the nvigation menu the line 'Internet Development' breaks up into two lines.
I think you can fix that by sticking (&nbs;) between the two words.
I know it's nit picking, but it's late at night and I don't have anything
better to do, except sleep 8-).
