[thelist] CF: Is CFMAIL buggy?

The only problem I've had is not knowing about messages that failed for
whatever reason. I read (maybe on evolt) a while ago about the
technique of first saving the email as a .txt file and then comparing
and retrying the messages that get sent to CFUSION/Mail/UnDelivr.
