I don't have IE 5.0 installed; just IE 5.01. The Microsoft KB [1]
doesn't have much to say on the subject, but references an article that
doesn't seem to describe your situation [2]. It is possible that some other
aspect of your markup which you didn't supply is affecting how these links
appear and act. It is also possible that your IE 5 installation has become
corrupted and needs to be repaired or reinstalled.
