One editor that I would add, and really like, is jEdit - www.jedit.org.
Like Jext, it is java based, however, it is much more extensive and
almost borders on a full ide. It supports html, php, java, C, C++, and more.

When it comes to html, it evens has tag completion, which is really nice.

The nice thing about jEdit is that it uses a plugin architecture and
there are a lot of plugins available for it. The base install is not
much, but with a few plugins, you get: integrated ftp, irc, console,
file browser, XML tools, and much more.

It also has very powerfull search and replace along with regular
expressions.

Anyway, one more to add to your collection.

Chris
