This is a pretty trecherous way to go about it!  Dreamweaver has a "Check
Site" function (as Mr. Haroche mentioned) which will give you the same
information, and I believe you can manage/delete files directly from those
reports... Also, as he mentioned, it is not 100% accurate when dealing
with unconventionally-linked content (such as something called from a
Javascript and some arguments like background="")...  But it is a very
useful feature, and probably the best out of box solution I know of...
