Hi Russel,

Your includes are "including" perfectly fine. If you close the two
script tags with </script> in the head of the document you will be able
to view it as Paul describes...

thanks for answering.
this problem is going on 2 weeks and I am not smart enough to solve.

index.php should mirror index.html or :
http://sportsmenafield.com/index.html

I am using MSIE 5+
should I load up the same file and call it index.html?
