[thelist] Get the height and width of media files

Hey everybody,
Not sure if this is possible but does anybody know if you are able to
dynamically get the height and width of a QuickTime or media player movie. I
would rather use this kind of method than adding 100% to the embed tags.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated
