You should certainly check to make sure you don't have any old
versions of Matt's Script Archive Formmail. One of my copies *was*
used to relay spam without my knowledge or consent. I got this from
my ISP and acted quickly:

I believe that they add your name to a list of 'known' spam
originating domains, which people using their program use to block
spam. Sounds like they are not administrating it very well. I've
looked at their site and it doesn't inspire confidence.

But if your server is providing a means to let spammers operate, you
want to fix it quick.
