Dunno.  Never used it for an entire drive.

Nor am I.  I've never been fond of the eggs-in-one-basket approach.

Give it try using the top-level folders of the drive.  If it works, fine, if not, try something else.

Of course the problem with that is that if it breaks, is lost or gets stolen, all your data from *two* computers goes with it.  See: eggs-in-one-basket.
