Opera 7 (also Gecko)

I had one found a free one for IE but I don't use IE anymore except
checking my own sites which of course don't use popups.

Opera6 just had a setting to block ALL popups.

Opera7 and Mozilla let you differentiate between onLoad (and onUnLoad or
whatever) versus onClick/onKeypress
