i wouldn't say it pops up suggestions as the things it displays are values
you've entered into like-named form elements on other sites.

as a user i love it. it saves me tons of time when entering things like
name, email, address, city, zip code, etc.
as a developer i love it. it saves me tons of time when building form-based
applications.
