I'm building a site and need to put a DHTML navigation system on it.  How do
you professionals accomplish this task?  Do you:

a) use a code generation tool?
b) hand code?
c) copy a pre-existing menu system?

If you use a code generation tool, which one do you prefer?
If you hand code, is there a particular book or site that explains this
pretty well.
If you use a pre-exisiting menu system, can it be used freely by others.
