Go to http://www.rentacoder.com -- its a great, reverse auction environment
(i.e. you bid on jobs) where you can land a $5000 engagement or a $50
engagement -- you're choice.  However, you have to be careful about scoping
out the project/realistic estimates as some inexperienced development buyers
ask for things like, "a complete customized ecommerce solution" for $50,
delivered in three days. :)
