If you can get it to work well in IE and Moz on Mac and PC and degrade
gracefully, please post some code. Actually forget about the degrading
gracefully part, but make the scrolling area go all the way to the
bottom in IE 5.5 Win without using IE proprietary stuff. Er if you want
to.
