[thelist] CSS crashing Netscape 4.x

hi Evolters,

Anyone know of a good comprehensive guide to Netscape 4.x crash bugs? 
As a volunteer project for a nonprofit, I'm working with a validating
(though not pretty) HTML 4.01 Transitional page at
http://www.snowcoalition.org, and it's crashing Netscape 4.x browsers. 
I assume it's some kind of CSS issue, but haven't been able to nail it
down.
