yes. well, not specifically this exact thing, but frontpage thinks it's smarter than you so i've had it change my code many times. the only way to get around this is by never using frontpage to modify that file EVER AGAIN and instead using something like notepad (or any other editor that doesn't think it's smarter than you) to make and save changes.

how about just getting rid of the WYSIWYG's altogether? go with HTML-Kit (www.chami.com), it's free (at least, when I got it it was) and works really well. you could probably easily get the top brass to go along with HTML-Kit considering it's free and doesn't create any server stability/security problems.

WYSIWYG's sux0rz.

on another note, i've heard that spam bots know about the unicode trick and aren't bothered much by it. this may not be true for all of them, but that's what i've heard. where did i hear this you ask? on this list. ;)
