Hmmm, that seems like double-duty really. You could stick with
<strong></strong> and get the same effect both aurally and visually.

shouting? if that's what you call reading a string of text wrapped in
<strong></strong> with greater emphasis, then yes. it's really just the
aural equivalent of bolded text. used sparingly it can be very effective.

ah, makes sense now. if you'd prefer, there's nothing that says you can't
use iso-8859-1.
