Hi Megan,

Sorry, I don't know of a plug-in.

However, depending what technology you are working in ... development might 
not be that bad: If you can develop one SSI that checks for a non-zero 
length entry in a text file on the server and displays the entry if there 
is one ... then you can reuse that SSI (with different file names for 
individual reports or categories of reports) for as many reports as you 
would like.

The reviewers would have edit access to the text files.
