evolt.org is hosted in balmy (today) eugene, oregon.  i applied updater 3 to
the box 1am on the 27th and have been having problems ever since.
macromedia wants me to pay $500 to open a support ticket for a problem
caused by their updater.  so, i opted to try to uninstall coldfusion,
reinstall, and apply the updater again.  now iis is wacked out.  so, i'm
working on it, but getting nowhere real fast.
