[thelist] progress bar whilst uploading

hi all,

Part of a project i am working on involves the users uploading a media file.

It would be nice if the user saw a progress bar whilst the file uploaded.
Does anybody know of any components that are available, or example code
showing how this is done.

The site is written using asp, and currently shows a popup saying
"uploading" this is obviously static, and so it is not obvious to the user
that uploading is actually happening.
