[thelist] IDE for web developers

hi all,

i have come from delphi background and miss the functionality of the IDE i
used to develop windoze apps in.

the sites i am working on use HTML, javascript, asp, and occasionally some
java applets, running on an IIS webserver.

my current setup is VIM, (a vi clone), and so basically i use alert('debug
message') for debugging.

i was wondering what tools people on the list use for developing web apps.
do people have different editors/ debuggers for javascript and ASP.
