yes, there *are* trojans that can use mIRC maliciously...but mIRC itself
is
not the problem.  More disconcerting is the fact that it got onto your
system somehow in the first place.  I'd gather that removing it will
target
a particular symptom...but not the source of your problem.  There's a
hole
somewhere else that will need patching.

mIRC is not spyware. It's a program that many people use as a way to
chat,
download and share files, etc. This is the first that I've heard of
anything
bad comming from mIRC. I think it's not the program that's giving you
trouble, but more of a script that is in your computer doing it.

I would suggest going to http://mIRC.com and trying to contact someone
about
your problems.
