then you should be good to go   ;o)

ODBC can handle all Access DDL -- data definition language -- to create
tables, alter tables, drop tables, create indexes, drop indexes, etc.

of course, if you're looking for a gui application, and do not wish to
generate the DDL  yourself, then i guess you gotta keep lookin
