it works fine for me.  probably what's tripping you up is that moz displays
the favicon whenever you visit the site, regardless of whether the site is
in your favorites or not.  ie, on the other hand, only displays it if you've
added the site to your favorites, created a shortcut to the page on your
desktop, etc.
