yes, i did read your post.  you didn't mention that you were trying to make
it inaccessible on purpose.  it really just read like the beginning of
another "ugh, browser aids are uglying up my design" thread.

actually, you asked if you could change the color.  you weren't specific
about exact colors.  ;)

i'm not aware of any browser that supports defining the color.  however, if
you're looking to change the color in the hopes of making it less visible,
you might try the non-standard hidefocus attribute.
