No, I meant optimally.  What I meant was that skimming those words
supposedly produced a basic understanding on the content of the text.  So in
that sense, the emphasized words coveyed the meaning of the paragraph in a
concise and possibly optimal way.

You went the wrong way with the stripping.  I didn't mean to strip out (as
in remove and leave all other text), but rather to take the emphasized
content and create a summary.  In this case:

VISUAL SCANNING CUE NOT MAKE SENSE EMPHASIZE READING THE COPY.

Ugh, not much better.  But perhaps it's because you emphasized the wrong
words?

If you look in the task scheduler and see something running that you don't
recognize, you can use the following reference to see what it is and how to
disable it if necessary.  It's not a complete list, but it's not too shabby,
either.
