Help please - i do a lot of work for Israel & Middle East based companies
and, send &  receive a lot of correspondences in Hebrew/Ivrit

I am looking at buying a new PC and want to ensure that I have the right
softwrae for this work.
.
I have been advised the following contrasting information:-
1. Either need to buy a new version of Windows OS specifically for
Israel/Hebrew, or,
2. If have WXP Home I should be able to set it up accordingly for
Hebrew/Israel settings at no cost - may need to download drivers/patches
from Micrsoft web site but that would be it.

Additionally, and in both cases above I would then also need to purchase a
copy of Microsoft Office for Hebrew/Israel too.

I have spoken to a number of different organisation including DELL as well
as VARs including CC & CSF allof which I think are very poor and none of
whom can clearly & confidently tell me what I need in order to ensure that I
have the correct software to do my work!!!:(

Can anyone out there help me accurately, clearly & concisely with exactly
what I need in terms of the software.
