A query about this font was asked on the Adobe Typography forum (http://www.adobe.com/support/forums/main.html) some months ago. The answer, by Thomas Phinney, Western Fonts Program Manager, Adobe Systems, was that it's Adobe Garamond, customised (condensed) for Apple. HTH. Pauline
