Can anyone recommend a good ASP based CMS that uses directory structure 
/ files to store content rather than a database

or point me in the direction of useful asp tutorials on the subject.

We have been commissioned to write a frontend asp to read through over 
1500 files stored as basic html. The site structure is dictated by the 
directory structure of the files supplied by the client.

...believe me I have googled!
