[thelist] MS Access to send e-mail?

I am looking for a way to send out monthly emails as well.  The website
hosting company provides "Mailman" but I'm having a difficult time tweaking
it to be just a plain email list (not a discussion email group like this).
Does anyone have any suggestions?
