[thelist] using VBScript vs JScript/JavaScript (server-side) in ASP

I'm about to start work on a small project for a client will host the site 
and wants it done in ASP. I haven't touched ASP in about 2 years, so it 
should be interesting :) My question is - would I be better off using 
VBScript or JavaScript in my ASP? I know that VBScript is pretty easy, but 
I've been using JavaScript for years, so I'm more familiar with it, and 
would prefer to use it. Am I going to run into any pitfalls by doing this? 
The main one that I can think of is that code samples I may consult will 
most likely be written in VBScript, but I don't foresee this being a huge 
problem.

Any helpful advice on this is appreciated, as are comments on other 
peoples' experiences with using JavaScript in ASP.
