For $50 per year, you can download everything on the site, including many 
complete template pages.

There are 2 cautions though.

First, while their code is usually clean, compared to Frontpage, for 
instance, their pictures tend to be difficult to work with. They are too big 
and sometimes include navigational objects.

Second, their site tends to go down for 1 or 2 days at a time. When you do 
get on, do 3 things:
1. Download;
2. Download;
3. Download.
