Hello,

Tony is right about ftp voyager it can handle this. Joshua suggested 
wget and that too is a pretty good option. Another option is to use a 
windows scheduled task with the built in ftp client that comes with it. 
It's no where as sophisticated as commercial sftp or ftp software but 
can do the job if you spend some time on it.
