Surely the height of the document is only an issue when viewed on screen, as
the width of the window and the font/format used to display it will result
in it's "displayed height" in screen pixels, unless the "doc" is so small as
to use a window without any scroll bars the browser window size is the only
thing you can determine without pointing some text analysis tool at the text
source and assuming a lot?
