i think the key of the patent is the seamless experience. so microsoft et al
believe that an additional click or the "export" of the tags in form of
external javaScripts will resolve the dispute.

BTW: i expect that we will also see modified versions of mozilla, safari
ecetera. i don't think that the problem is MS-only.

mozilla has already a preliminary statement.
