I think you need to do some more reading on the issue. Please look into it a
bit, because you've posted a couple of brash statements about how things are
"silly", and how things are still violating patents, and so forth. But you
pretty much have no, acceptable, alternative and you're wrong on some of the
technical details.

I'm happy to discuss the topic, but preferably at a more informed level.

Um, you don't actually know the size of development teams that Microsoft
has, do you? Add to that the marketing people, the lawyers. Add to that
people from the other organisations.
