I know it's not strictly what was asked for, but it seems a fairly big
issue.  Well, 2 million people big anyway

Speaking as someone in the West Midlands, incorporating Birmingham, Solihull
and surrounds - where is it in the list?  I'm not in a county other than the
west midlands and can't register as such either.
