Is this an issue at your end or the customers end, sorry if I am confused 
here, "grabbing focus" locally can (probably) be stifled with an install of 
Tweak UI so long as it is compatible......

But this will not force or "fashion" a solution for the end user if you are 
writing content for them to view.
BTW "playing" with Tweak UI is a bit like "recreational thermonuclear 
device testing"...read the rubrick...
