You SHOULD want to add ALT for every image. Not only for accessibility for all users but for search engine optimisation. If you want to hide the pop-up tootip display of the ALT text then this can be done.

That's because you have the <a> tag outside the <p> tag. You can't have a <p> inside an <a>.

Also, all the links are broken, better to use # for "blank links" before the pages are ready.
