Hi,

In Project 2002/Project Server, new projects are published from within MS
Project. Then, they can be administered via the web interface. I'm not sure
if that's the same process you follow for Project 2000/Project Central, but
I would have a quick peek around in Project itself.

However, I have a question - why do you keep posting these questions here?
When it's apparent there doesn't seem to be a large body of people who
extensively use Project? Why not try a Project group?
