hey...

curious... does anybody have a good recommendation for a newsletter
app/content manager.. i'd like something that's fairly easy to setup, and
would possibly allow users to add comments to articles that have been
written...

i'd also like the app to be searchable, to be able to get past articles
(database driven) and to be able to set privileges for certain
information...

generic users would be able to see generic information, more sensitive
information would require the user to be logged in. i'd also like to be able
to keep track of who has accessed the newsletter...

and of course, i'd like something open source if possible...
