Joel,

I have a warning about BPFTP... the passwords are stored unencrypted and
unmasked in the administrative panel.

Another one you might try is Serv-U.  I've had really good luck with this
one in regards to setup and performance.  Older version had some security
issues, so make sure you check that all those have been resolved.
