Can anyone point me to a really good *visual design/designer* list?

Avoiding the CSS "unstyled flash" in IE

If you've styled a site and you are getting the lovely unstyled
'flash' of content, this can be easily fixed. Simply include another
link to an alternate stylesheet OR a link to a print stylesheet. It
doesn't matter whether or not you even use them, as long as the link
is there.
