nothing comes cheaper than NIL <grin> but I get your point in terms of 
balancing out
a lot of wasted time, phone calls and emails against a few $$$s

It still makes Symantecs customer support look sad UNLESS the query should
be being asked of the vendor that sold the PC with the bundled software maybe?
