[thelist] ASP best practises

Do anyone know of a good site/publication with best practices regarding
how to design ASP (not ASP.Net though) web applications? 

Is there anything like Struts/Webwork etc for ASP and not in the form of
COM components or ISAPI filters? Would also really like something like
Hibernate or Castor (OR and XML mapping tools) but I know that would be
to stretch it quite a long bit too far for a scripted environment :(
